Shaheed Bhai Diala Ji Public School is an English medium co-educational School affiliated to CBSE,New Delhi, founded by Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Ji Tohra on 14th April 1994. The school aims at imparting quality education and prepares students to face the highly competitive world of today. The school is named after Shaheed Bhai Diala Ji, a resident of Longowal, who was an early martyr of the Sikhpanth.
The school conducts classes from Nursery to XII with the Science, Commerce & Humanities stream. Our school has a strength of 2400 students. We have well competent 145 staff members in our school to make it works smoothly throughout the year. Here we have 69 spacious class rooms for our studious students, well equipped laboratories, each for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and a seperate middle lab for VI to VIII students, voluminous library full of books on various subjects covering almost every branch of life starting from sports to literature, art and craft, science, mathematics, current affairs.
Everyday in the morning we receive at least 7 newspapers in three languages, Punjabi, Hindi as well as in English which are available in the library through out the day for reading both for the students and faculty members. Here we have 3 computer labs, 20 Smart Rooms with latest technology and a beautiful children park for Tiny Tots and a spacious playground. For any kind of health issues the school provides dispensary with proper health care services.Bus service is provided to each and every student and the faculty members for transportation. RO water is available throughout the year and students are provided with hot cases during winter season. Our discipline department has a battery of prefects to make the school functioning in a proper way through out the day . Every day we have an assembly of 20 minutes and students are given moral boost to become a responsible citizen of our country. Our motive is to spread knowledge for the well-being of our society.
